Our Service Procedures:
Crawling insect pests such as cockroaches, ants, and spiders
will be controlled by the crack and crevice application of the appropriate
insecticide chosen on the basis of application site and environmental
conditions
Rats and mice will be controlled by the use of chemical and
chemical means depending on the application site. All rodent control
placements will be inspected on each service visit according to the service
schedule. All placements will contain an updated label consisting of the
contents of the placement along with a service record.
All pesticides used by Chem-Wise are registered with the
Environmental Protection Agency. These products will be used only in
accordance with the label instructions approved by the E.P.A.
The client will be provided with material safety sheets for
any pesticides which will be used in the facility.
Service invoices will contain a service record of all
pesticides used in the facility along with quantities used and the E.P.A.
registration number.
A Pest Management Report will be completed after each service
performed on a scheduled visit. The report will describe the areas treated,
pests encountered, action taken to eliminate the pest, and also include any
recommendations for sanitation or structural corrections. This report will
be left with our contact at the facility.
