For the best chance of success when having a bed bug treatment performed and for the safety, comfort, and health of all concerned, the following should be observed.

a Before treatment make sure your home is thoroughly cleaned, with all personal belongings removed from the floors, and all floors thoroughly vacuumed.
 
a All sheets, blankets, and other bedding should be washed in detergent and the hottest water the fabrics can tolerate. Clothing, throw-rugs, suitcases, and other textiles on or close to the floors should also be washed or dry-cleaned. This must be done while we are treating your home, or directly after we have finished. Do not wash before we have done our services.

a All bedding should be removed from the beds.

a Any pets must be removed from the home for a minimum of 2 hours and fish tanks must be covered with the filters turned off.

a It will be necessary for the homeowner to remain out of the home during the treatment and for 2 hours afterwards, (until the product is dry). Again, we recommend this time be used to take larger items to the Laundromat for cleaning.
