Chem-Wise Ecological Pest Management offers our customers
treatment with safe and effective materials. We offer three different options to
our residential customers.
1. Tri-Annual Service:
Our Tri-Annual service is done three times per year; Spring,
Summer, and Fall and guarantees you against
all general insects except fleas, termites, mosquitoes and
bed bugs. You have a year round guarantee
which means if you have any problems in-between any of our scheduled services we will come out at
no
additional charge.
The Tri-Annual Service Includes:
• All crawling pests covered*
• Exterior barrier treatments
• Rodent control
• 3 visits per year Spring, Summer
and Fall
• Guaranteed throughout the duration
of your
Service Agreement
Spring Service
Service is performed in March, April
or May
Target pests include ants,
millipedes, pillbugs and centipedes
Summer Service
Service is performed June, July or
August
Target pests include ants, earwigs
and crickets
(Wasp treatment may be done at this
time at an additional charge)
Fall Service
Service is performed in September or
October
Target pests include boxelder bugs,
spiders, rodents, and all other crawling insect pests
Service Agreement
At Chem-Wise we do not make our customers sign contracts. Rather, we
offer our customers a Service
Agreement. With our Service Agreement we will
keep you on our Tri Annual list and perform
treatments in the Spring, Summer,
and Fall until you notify us in writing that you wish to discontinue
service.
Please see the below cancellation policy for instructions on canceling your
service. Since
there are no contracts to sign, there are no fees for canceling
service. You may resume your service at
any time, however if seasonal treatments are skipped, initial pricing may be in effect.
Cancellation Policy
While there is no fee for canceling your Tri-Annual service, we now
require written notification of your
cancellation date and/or a verbal
confirmation from our office staff with a confirmation
number. Cancellation dates cannot be for a past date and will take affect on the
day of your phone
call or the postmark on the envelope. Voicemail
messages will not be accepted. We will not delete
charges for customers
who do not comply with the cancellation policy. We appreciate your cooperation
with this matter.
*The Tri-Annual program does not guarantee against, Fleas,
Termites, Mosquitoes, Bed Bugs or Wasps.
Chem-Wise can proved service for those pests at
an additional cost.
2. Single Service
Our single service is a one time treatment against a target
pest that comes with a 90 day guarantee.
3. Wasp Proofing
Our wasp proofing is an exterior perimeter treatment that is
done one time in the spring season and
guarantees you for the rest of the calendar year against
bees, wasps and yellow jackets from building a
nest on the structure of your home.
