Ethan was great! He immediately asked if I had any specific problems and I told him that at this time of year we always get inundated with box elder bugs. Chem-Wise has done our home for many years and will always come back to handle any re-assurances of pests between treatments. We have a very extensively landscaped yard with ponds up close to the house. The technicians have always been very careful of everything during the application process.

We have been using Chem-Wise for over 10 years and have a very difficult house yard to service (ponds and gardens next to the house). They have always been very careful and weather observant with their applications when it comes to our home. The friendly Chemwise people always show up as scheduled, and bug issues are always controlled well. I am on my 2nd year of annual pest-control program with them, because I am pleased with their service. My daughter uses them at her house, too, and she is the one who had referred me to them. On their last visit I also asked them to control the mice in my yard and garden shed. Too early to tell if it was successful, but the good thing is that they will come back to retreat if needed, for no additional fee.
